The cottage we stayed at was very well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The owners had thought of all the little details, from cotton buds to herbs and spices in the kitchen. The location of the cottage was also great, with easy access to nearby cities. Another advantage we enjoyed was the fresh and delicious breakfast items provided, including fresh eggs, organic bread, jams.
While our stay at the cottage was overall enjoyable, we did find that there were some minor issues. One of the negatives was the lack of a non-stick pan in the kitchen, which would have been useful for cooking.

The cottage was homely, rustic, pretty, clean, and luxurious. The host was very friendly and welcoming, providing us with fresh eggs, bread, local cider, and other essential items. The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a romantic escape or a weekend getaway with our dog. We enjoyed exploring the local area, with walks and pubs nearby. The cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living space.
Although the cottage was lovely overall, there were a few minor downsides. The self-catering breakfast was not what we expected, as there were limited options and some of the jams in the fridge had mold.

This countryside cottage is perfectly located for exploring Somerset with easy access to nearby cities. the well-stocked kitchen and added extras like local cider and apple juice make self-catering a breeze. the cozy lounge/dining area provides a comfortable place to unwind, and the bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds. the cottage also offers great facilities such as a spa bath and a second TV with Netflix for the kids. A pub and leisure center within walking distance add to the convenience.
The stone floors in the living room can be cold in winter, so slippers are recommended.

Can't beat the value for your money at Withy Cottages. The room was clean, cosy, and beautifully furnished, making our stay comfortable. The location in a quiet village was perfect, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
More breakfast choices would have been nice, especially considering some local pubs were closed for food on Sunday nights.

As young families, having a complete cottage was perfect for us, allowing us the flexibility to have a leisurely breakfast with our young children. the location in a quiet village with a family-friendly pub within walking distance was a big plus. We had a wonderful romantic escape in a charming cottage in a beautiful village. The location was perfect for exploring nearby cities, making it a convenient base for our summer break. The cottage had two lovely bedrooms and a well-stocked kitchen with all the essentials. We appreciated the extra touches like the local cider and apple juice left for us in the fridge. The cozy lounge/dining area was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. everything was well thought through and there wasn't anything we would have wanted to make our stay even better.
While we stayed during winter and didn't use the communal garden, it may not be ideal in the summer when shared with other guests. , we weren't informed in advance that there were specific rules for bringing dogs, such as not allowing them upstairs or on the sofa, and not leaving them alone in the property.

The cottage provided us with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a Christmas getaway. the location was ideal, with beautiful walks and a charming town nearby for us to explore. the hosts went above and beyond by providing us with a well-stocked fridge and essential amenities, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Although the cottage was lovely, we found it a bit challenging to navigate the smaller interior of the vintage caravan. It lacked a toilet and running water, which was inconvenient for us.
